Spreading
Seed and granular material delivered from above, without putting machinery on the ground
Every enquiry assessed before work is agreed
GET IT ON THE GROUND, WITHOUT GOING ON THE GROUND.

Some spreading jobs don't suit a tractor. The ground is too wet to travel, or you only want material on one part of a field without crossing the rest. Drone spreading delivers seed and granular material from above for arable farms, estates, grassland, and other managed land. Every job is planned around the material, the field, what you want it to achieve and the conditions on the day.
What can be spread
Most work is seed and granular fertiliser. That includes cover crops, grass seed for reseeding patches, and seed mixes for margins and stewardship options. If you have something else in mind, ask. I'll tell you honestly whether it suits a drone.
Cover crops ahead of harvest
One of the most useful jobs is getting a cover crop into a standing cereal before it's cut. The seed is in the ground and ready to go when the combine has been through, rather than waiting for a window after harvest that may never come. It's a straightforward way to get ahead at the busiest time of year.
When the ground won't carry you
Wet winters and late springs leave fields you can't travel without doing damage. A drone keeps the job moving when the spreader can't, so a top dressing or a reseed doesn't have to wait for the ground to dry out.
Just the area that needs it
A bare patch, a headland, a field corner or a strip of margin doesn't need a full pass. A drone can treat that area on its own, so you're not paying to cover ground that's already fine.
TIMED TO YOUR SEASON
Spreading is planned around your crop and your calendar. July is busy on every farm, mine included, so talk to me early if you want cover interseeded ahead of harvest.
SUFFOLK BASED
Suffolk is home ground, and most work happens here. I also cover the wider East Anglia region, including Norfolk, Cambridgeshire and Essex.
BUILT FOR FARMERS
I grew up farming in Suffolk, and I still farm today. I know which jobs can wait and which can't, and I'll plan the work with that in mind.
NO COMPACTION
Nothing touches the ground, so wet fields aren't rutted, and soil structure stays as it was.
TELL ME WHAT NEEDS SPREADING
Tell me the material, roughly where, how much ground it covers, and when you need it done, and I'll get back to you on whether it suits a drone and what happens next.
